S07 · Executable quests, NPCs and shared history
Implemented components; full stream acceptance is not yet demonstrated.
Current implementation: Quest state, choices, objective checking, memories, evidence, contextual greetings and protected shared-history rules are executable.
Outstanding acceptance: All 48 authored quests, full scenes, personal legends and editorial acceptance have not been demonstrated complete.
The four requirements below preserve the original release target. Their historic baseline is not used as a current completion score. This page does not mark the entire stream complete merely because related components are installed.

| Requirement | Required deliverable | Acceptance standard |
|---|---|---|
| S07.01 · Build the quest state and objective runtime | Implement conditions, evidence, branches, permissions, failure recovery, rewards and versioned saved states. | Acceptance, progress, branching and settlement work without an operator setting flags; retries cannot grant duplicate rewards. |
| S07.02 · Produce full playable scenes and NPC behavior | Write and bind dialogue, reactions, examination text, local schedules where meaningful, relationships and journal recaps. | The complete experience is playable without reading author documents; NPCs do not narrate outcomes unsupported by actual events. |
| S07.03 · Implement the 48 authored quests end to end | Convert each brief to tested stages, choices, transitions, assets and outcomes; add missing connective scenes as required. | Each released quest has at least one completed walkthrough plus tests for alternatives, abandoned/rejoined states and older world states. |
| S07.04 · Implement discoveries and rare personal legends | Build eligibility budgets, record-backed leads, singular reservations, alternatives and finite personal payoffs. | Private arcs cannot rewrite global history; singular claims allocate once; no essential career depends on an exceptional personal trigger. |
