S05 · Equipment, materials and manufacturing
Implemented components; full stream acceptance is not yet demonstrated.
Current implementation: Instances, measured lots, 323 item definitions, 246 recipes, property manufacturing, repair, enhancement and restoration exist. Salvage is registered but its recipe-selector defect currently prevents execution.
Outstanding acceptance: A full earned equipment catalogue and economic/maintenance acceptance still require player evidence.
The four requirements below preserve the original release target. Their historic baseline is not used as a current completion score. This page does not mark the entire stream complete merely because related components are installed.

| Requirement | Required deliverable | Acceptance standard |
|---|---|---|
| S05.01 · Implement typed material lots and item instances | Specify tier, grade, quality, properties, stack equivalence, provenance, ownership and rarity independently. | All declared traits survive or transform only under explicit rules; identity remains searchable and inventory scale is tested. |
| S05.02 · Complete the Floor 1 equipment catalogue | Build relevant weapon families, armor/foci, tools, consumables and accessories across progression bands. | Each profession and vocation has reachable budget and specialist options; acquisition and replacement do not depend on an unimplemented later floor. |
| S05.03 · Implement property-sensitive manufacturing | Specify recipe substitutions, quality calculation, facilities, preservation, by-products and material accounting. | A valid alternative material produces predictable mechanical differences; recipe cycles cannot create unaccounted material. |
| S05.04 · Implement enhancement, maintenance and restoration | Build finishing, tempering, socketing, recalibration, attunement and repair with explicit progression limits. | Every ordinary improvement has a dependable route; actual recurring material demand exists without routine deletion of beloved gear. |
