Guilds, treasury & facilities
Membership and shared resources have explicit rules.
Founding, invitations, voluntary joining/leaving and a fixed regional guild depot are implemented. Treasury withdrawals use proposals, independent approval and cancellation without moving goods. Facilities can be built, maintained and assigned private, guild or public access. The registry contains seven facility types; display records support personal collections.
Verification: Guild tests cover membership, treasury approvals, locality and infrastructure inputs. Browser paths exercise the supported controls.
Remaining: Observed governance, large-group coordination, full housing/institution scope and a social/moderation policy.
