S04 · All 36 professional careers
Implemented components; full stream acceptance is not yet demonstrated.
Current implementation: All 36 career definitions, distinct expert objectives, specialties and earned masterwork records exist; 1,296 quick professional cases ran.
Outstanding acceptance: Quality ceilings, complete professional endgame and sustainable alternate-career supply remain under review.
The four requirements below preserve the original release target. Their historic baseline is not used as a current completion score. This page does not mark the entire stream complete merely because related components are installed.

| Requirement | Required deliverable | Acceptance standard |
|---|---|---|
| S04.01 · Implement career progression for all 36 professions | Create novice outputs, intermediate decisions, specialties, higher-grade work and masterwork qualifications. | Every profession can be entered and advanced through Floor 1 with real outputs, useful self-use or demand, and recovery from a poor session. |
| S04.02 · Build distinct active professional challenges | Implement field interpretation, preservation, tolerances, sequencing, access, handling and supply decisions appropriate to each family. | Expert choices materially change result, cost or risk; the careers are not the same timer with renamed loot. |
| S04.03 · Integrate locations, facilities and professional services | Bind all activities to actual sites, equipment and service contracts, including exploration, rescue, scholarship and transport. | An applicable profession can improve a real expedition or product without pretending an NPC is doing the paid work. |
| S04.04 · Build professional endgame and alternatives | Implement masterworks, regional specialties, useful substitutions and solo qualification. | Each profession has a substantial noncombat goal and a verified contribution route to the campaign; no single profession owns an essential monopoly. |
