Persistent leads & contextual opportunities
Optional choices come from actual completed work.
Completed professional work and active Sentinel victories can create persisted leads. A character may choose a recorded approach or decline. Choice tokens, source versions and legal resources are rechecked; commitment reserves real inputs. Refreshing, talking repeatedly, or declining does not manufacture new rewards or rerolls.
Verification: Patch 03 regression tests cover owner context, repeated clicks, source changes, restart, selection and the resulting real activity.
Remaining: Broader content coverage and observed player value; this is constrained authored variation, not autonomous live story generation.
